Film Industry Research (belstone pictures)

How did Belstone Pictures come about

the Ceo of Belstone Pictures originally studied at Hurtwood House, where he did Film academy where he found a passion for producing and directing. He left Hurtwood and then finally founded his company 'Belstone Pictures in the year of 2012. Then left the company in 2016. their headquarters are based in the UK in chelsea. The company now has been running for over 9 years since its open in 2012. Finn also now owns a company called FCB productions in owning this company he is able to use them for their movies with Belstone and doesn't have to charge money as he owns it.

What are their Biggest Box office success

1. Tucked which came out in 2018 made from the worldwide box office only $23,089 and the Budget of this film is unknown.

2. another film that was released by Belstone Pictures was a film called Tank 432 which at worldwide box office managed to make up £150,000 pounds but sadly wasn't a very good film, the budget for this film is unknown.

the Top film they have had recently was Tucked due to the pandemic Belstone Pictures were unable to release anymore films. they were fortunate enough to release a new film in 2021 called Paul Dood's Deadly Lunch Break.

Belstone tend to use the same actors as there are quite unknown so they hope that they could give them a breakthrough also the actors don't mind the pay they get as for example Chris Evans salary is a lot higher than the actors for Tucked would be.

the Disadvantage that Belstone Pictures face is that as they don't own as many companies as Disney they could run into real problems with copyright issues and as there are a small business they don't have the facilities or the money for the facilities to pay for lots of crew and equipment unlike Disney.

belstone have a few Films at the moment that are set to be released or in early stages of pre-production.
